Members of the Wythe-Bland Master Gardeners go over plans for a new garden
A garden of this type is designed using native plants with the purpose to attract and nurture bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies. The plant material for this project will be donated. Some of the planned plants include Redbud tree. As the garden is developed the list of plants will grow.
The group will also be developing brochures and signage to interpret the garden’s purpose, plants and the attracted wildlife.
