How about this weather? I’ve often said that if we have spring in February, we will probably have winter in March. But we can enjoy the mild weather while it lasts. Here are some pictures I took on my lunch-time walks this week (first week of February).
Here at Holliday Lake State Park some flowers are beginning to come up.
Iris emerging from the ground
Pipsissewa leaves (evergreen but still nice to see in February)
Pink Lady's Slipper emerging
Some trees and shrubs are beginning to bud out and even bloom.

The lake is almost back up to full capacity and it’s beautiful.

Saunder’s Creek, Forbes Creek, Cemetery Creek and Holliday Creek are flowing and reflective as most creeks are in the spring.

Fishermen have certainly been out on the lake and catching fish. (I didn't' take this photo)
