BTI is an hour away from Washington, D.C. and the only outfitter with a private put in for their rafters with a drive less five minutes from our facility. After a brief rafting instruction, they are driven to the take out and cast off into the water across the river from the historical Harper’s Ferry. Raft guides talk about not only the wildlife of the area, but the stories that made BTI and the surrounding area what it is today. Camping is a new feature this year and other new activities are in the works.
