Are you looking for activities to keep your children busy for the rest of summer break? The park naturalist at Junior Ranger Day program. Children will experience the great outdoors through a series of programs that teach not only nature and adventure lessons, but how to enjoy the outdoor world around them.
The program is for children 5 to 12 years of age and will take place on Saturday, August 6th at 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. If your children like exploration and adventure, this camp is for them! They’ll explore the park in search of amazing living and non-living things! The program includes canoeing, archery, hiking, geocaching, lake exploration and crafts. Cost is $10 per child. Upon completion of the program, each child will earn a Junior Ranger Patch.
