Midseason at Virginia State Parks means a serious savings. The official end of peak season was Labor Day, so this means we are officially in midseason, and this equates to a greater discounted rate for cabin stays!
Cabin 2 at Natural Tunnel State Park in September is simply gorgeous
Picture yourself here with your morning cup of coffee taking in this view
Hold hands with your sweetie on this rocking chair built for two
There's no need to eat out when you can fix a romantic dinner at the cabin
Cuddle in front of a crackling fire in the evening
As much as I love to go to our state parks in the summer months, the end of Summer into early Fall is my favorite! The kids are back in school and the parks are less crowded, the trails are still there, filled with wildlife and the sights and sounds of the great outdoors!
Typical savings would be:
1 bedroom cabin in peak season was $557 per week, in midseason it is now $501 per week, that is a savings of $56!
2 bedroom cabin in peak season was $643 per week, in midseason it is now $578 per week, that is a savings of $65!
