This is a picture of a honeybee on a Pocahontas State Park. There is never a shortage of bee varieties on these flowers. I have witnessed several species of bees that I havenever seen anywhere else (although they seem to be a little camera-shy). These bushes are very fragrant while blooming, and their odor can be smelled from long distances away. These are very good bushes to use in native gardens and create many photo opportunities while blooming.
