Join Us for the 4th Annual Haunting on the Lake Festival at Twin Lakes State Park
Haunting on the Lake Festival on Friday, October 25th and Saturday, October 26th. This festival is geared to provide a thrill for all ages with activities ranging from painting your own pumpkins from the pumpkin patch to discovering what's lurking in the shadows of the Haunted Trail.
Chills and thrills await you around every turn on the Haunted Trail.
The park will be offering all of its overnight campsitesat a reduced rate the weekend of the festival. There are a variety of campsites available accommodating tents and pop-ups, as well as RVs. All campsites have running water and electricity hook ups, as well as fire pits to illuminate the night. When the sun goes down the woods surrounding the Haunted Trail
will come alive with fright.
The festival will kick off at 4 p.m. each day with activities for the entire family including a hayride and bouncy castle. Each evening at 6 p.m. there will be a child-friendly run of the Haunted Trail. Guests be warned, however, once the sun goes down the woods surrounding the Haunted Trail will come alive with fright. At 8 p.m. there will be ghost stories told around the main campfire. Guests are encouraged to attend and let their imaginations run wild.
Concessions will be served throughout the day for your enjoyment, along with a variety of warm beverages such as hot chocolate and apple cider from the cauldron. In addition to these activities, Saturday will also feature trick-or-treating and a costume parade at the campground. Prizes will be given for the best costumes and the most decorated campsites.
