Spring Break is just around the corner; and while teachers are enjoying a much deserved vacation from teaching kids, what will YOU do with the kids?
Come out to First Landing and enjoy some special family and children’s activities. During the week before Easter and the week following First Landing will be conducting interpretive programs.
This time of year is a great time to visit the park, as the weather is warming the trees are turning green again and the turtles, frogs, and lizards are emerging from their winter. Programs will include Creative Critters, Beach Safari, Bird House Building,
Mission Green, Swamp Stomp, Natural Skill, Forest Fables, Orienteering, Geocaching, Bald Cypress Hike, Making Track, Scales to Tails, Campfire, Seaside Creations, Swamp Creature.
