What’s that sound? It’s another event at the Southwest Virginia Museum in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Every first Saturday of each month the Southwest Virginia Museum plays host to the First Saturday Community Coffeehouse which features local performers. The most recent event was held on February 5th and was hosted by the very talented 12-year-old Beth Miller. The event was packed leaving standing room only to hear these great performers. It was a fun night and good times were had by all.
If you are performing you are encouraged to arrive around 6:45 pm. The event kicks-off at 7 pm and goes to around 9 pm. Admission to the event is free, and there are snacks and drinks available for purchase.
Don’t miss an opportunity to check out this event which features excellent music, great people, and just plain old good fun. For more information contact the Southwest Virginia Museum at (276) 523-1322
